White Noise (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a standalone ambient sound mixer for sleep, focus, and relaxation. We designed it to respect your privacy: the app has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising, and it does not collect personal information about you.
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or microphone input. The app contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs and does not build a profile of you.
Your preferences — favorited sounds, saved mixes, per-sound and master volumes, your last mix, and your cached subscription status — are stored only on your device. This data never leaves your phone (except as needed to process purchases, below) and is removed when you delete the app.
Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store and managed with the help of RevenueCat, Inc., our in-app purchase provider. To deliver and restore your subscription, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app user ID and your App Store purchase and receipt information. Apple processes all payments; we never receive or store your name or payment card details. Their handling of this data is governed by Apple’s and RevenueCat’s own privacy policies.
All sounds are bundled in the app and play fully offline. The app only uses the network to validate or restore your purchase when you subscribe or tap “Restore Purchases”.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
You can remove all locally stored preferences at any time by deleting the app. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
